Typical turn around is 5-10 days unless it is a RTS item.

Sizing-
Most are unisex sizing unless otherwise stated! Order your usual size, or unless you want a tighter fit, you may size down. If stated, otherwise see sizing chart.

Wood: The listing should specify what size is shown in the picture, but we are open to customizing the size to be the perfect fit for you! Please reach out to us prior to purchasing so we can confirm shipping rates, etc.
Clothing: The listing will contain sizing/color options. Measurements are taken with shirt laying on a flat surface. Chest measurement is taken 1 inch below sleeve, seam to seam. Length is measured from the highest point on the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Glassware: The listing will state the ounces, but if there is a question you can reach out to us.
Care instructions
Graphic Tees: Recommended to machine wash inside out, and low tumble dry or hang dry.
Wood: All wood projects are sealed and protected and will last in your home forever! If it is meant to be an outdoor piece, please let us know and we will do an extra coat to make sure it withstands the weather.
Boutique Apparel: Follow washing instruction in garment.
Glassware: Recommended hand wash for maximum use.
Processing time
Item are made to order; although sometimes we do have prepurchased items and offer flash sales! You should allow 5-10 days for your order to be processed and completed (not including shipping), and 1-3 days for RTS (ready to ship) items.

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days.

Returns & exchanges
I do not usually accept exchanges, but if you are unhappy with your item PLEASE reach out to me and we will get it resolved, pinky promise.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly accept personalized and custom requests! Just make sure you message us before placing an order - Custom orders must be paid in advance and cost a few dollars extra for the design time!
