Members Area Team

The Wild Faith Co. team is looking for a passionate candidate that believes strongly in the Wild Faith Co values. We are a team of women who are dedicated to ministering to modern women that are seeking to understand God and His kingdom. This ministry is not limited to a particular denomination, but is strongly associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Wild Faith Co. team is a purely voluntary team and no payment is administered to any team member. All funds go directly to expanding our ministry and reaching our community. 

Description: The Members Area Team is a team of 2 that will work on interacting with our Wild Faith Co. members. They will be creating of community on a facebook, web, and email platform. This position requires 3 hours a week of work, but depending on the projects that are being implemented there may be times where it requires more time.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains the Members area webpage

  • Content Plans for the Members area facebook page 3 months in advance

  • Interacts with the members online

  • Communicates the plans to the rest of the team

  • In charge of putting together and scheduling the Newsletter

  • Attending the once a week team meeting for one hour

  • Must be a financially contributing member of our team

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years experience with Facebook and familiarity with Mailchimp or other mass email communication formats

  • Must have a strong conviction that women are necessary and equal partakers in the gospel commission

  • Must be 18 +

  • Must have strong writing skills

  • Must have an eye for design

  • Must have a strong work ethic (this team works really hard!)

  • Must think quickly and learn quickly

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Must be able to work independently with little direction or oversight


Director of Development

The Wild Faith Co. team is looking for a passionate candidate that believes strongly in the Wild Faith Co values. We are a team of women who are dedicated to ministering to modern women that are seeking to understand God and His kingdom. This ministry is not limited to a particular denomination, but is strongly associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Wild Faith Co. team is a purely voluntary team and no payment is administered to any team member. All funds go directly to expanding our ministry and reaching our community. 

Description: The Director of Development will be implementing campaigns to help our organization raise enough money to cover our monthly expenses, as well as increase our budget for future projects. The Director will also be involved in the development of our e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities: 

  • In charge of caring for our donors

  • Writes up reports and sends to donors

  • Manages the different tiers of donors

  • Plans Fundraising Campaigns 

  • Communicates the plans to the rest of the team

  • Attending the once a week team meeting for one hour

  • Must be a financially contributing member of our team

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience with fundraising or e-commerce

  • Must be studying or have received a degree related to business, finance, or philanthropy

  • Must have a strong conviction that women are necessary and equal partakers in the gospel commission

  • Must be 18 +

  • Must have an eye for design

  • Must have a strong work ethic (this team works really hard!)

  • Must think quickly and learn quickly

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Must be able to work independently with little direction or oversight


Content Manager & Editor

The Wild Faith Co. team is looking for a passionate candidate that believes strongly in the Wild Faith Co values. We are a team of women who are dedicated to ministering to modern women that are seeking to understand God and His kingdom. This ministry is not limited to a particular denomination, but is strongly associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Wild Faith Co. team is a purely voluntary team and no payment is administered to any team member. All funds go directly to expanding our ministry and reaching our community. 

Description: The Content Manager & Editor is our go-to person on planning, scheduling, and editing our blog content. This person will be in charge of planning topics, scheduling them on the calendar, communicating to the other team members, reaching out to writers, and editing articles. This person will also work in conjunction with the Podcasting Team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plans blog content 3-6 months in advance

  • Occasionally writes articles herself

  • Recruits contributors

  • Edits articles and communicates with the authors

  • Communicates the schedule to the rest of the team

  • Attending the once a week team meeting for one hour

  • Must be a financially contributing member of our team

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years experience writing blog content

  • Preferred: Studying or have received a degree related to english, communications, or journalism.

  • Must have a strong conviction that women are necessary and equal partakers in the gospel commission

  • Must be 18 +

  • Must enjoy scheduling and planning

  • Must have a strong work ethic (this team works really hard!)

  • Must think quickly and learn quickly

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Must be able to work independently with little direction or oversight´╗┐


Podcast Team I&II

The Wild Faith Co. team is looking for a passionate candidate that believes strongly in the Wild Faith Co values. We are a team of women who are dedicated to ministering to modern women that are seeking to understand God and His kingdom. This ministry is not limited to a particular denomination, but is strongly associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Wild Faith Co. team is a purely voluntary team and no payment is administered to any team member. All funds go directly to expanding our ministry and reaching our community. 

Description: The Podcast Team is in charge of planning, scheduling, and recording the podcasts that Wild Faith Co. releases. This team will be comprised of two women that will upload and distribute our podcast content.

Responsibilities: 

  • Plans content 3-6 months in advance

  • Recruits contributors

  • Does some minor editing

  • Understands Storybrand

  • Uploads the Podcast and works with newsletter team

  • Attending the once a week team meeting for one hour

  • Must be a financially contributing member of our team

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience recording and editing podcasts

  • Preferred: Studying or have received a degree related to english, communications, or journalism

  • Must have a strong conviction that women are necessary and equal partakers in the gospel commission

  • Must be 18 +

  • Must enjoy speaking, organization, and creative editing

  • Must have a strong work ethic (this team works really hard!)

  • Must think quickly and learn quickly

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Must be able to work independently with little direction or oversight´╗┐
